About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Skid Steer Operator to join our team. You'll play a key role across a variety of civil and construction projects, working with experienced crews and top-quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate skid steer equipment with precision and care
  • Carry out general site duties while maintaining a strong safety focus
  • Work closely with site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
  • Perform basic maintenance checks and upkeep on machinery
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every job

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience operating skid steers (preferred but not essential)
  • Solid understanding of construction site safety practices
  • Ability to operate other heavy equipment (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Truck licence (desirable but not required)
