About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Skid Steer Operator to join our team. You'll play a key role across a variety of civil and construction projects, working with experienced crews and top-quality equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer equipment with precision and care
- Carry out general site duties while maintaining a strong safety focus
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance checks and upkeep on machinery
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every job
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating skid steers (preferred but not essential)
- Solid understanding of construction site safety practices
- Ability to operate other heavy equipment (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Truck licence (desirable but not required)
