Health & Injury Management Advisor role.
Based at our
CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW
, you'll support injured workers, drive best-practice injury management, and contribute to a strong health and safety culture on site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for injured workers, coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes.
  • Maintain workers compensation records and injury data
  • Support WHS compliance, risk reduction, and health monitoring
  • Deliver training on injury prevention and wellness
  • Occupational health intervention, screening and education.

About You

  • Registered Nurse background
  • SIRA-accredited Return to Work Coordinator (or willing to obtain)
  • Cert IV in WHS (desired),
  • ICAM Lead Investigator (desired)
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and data management skills
