Enbarr is a new and exciting emerging restaurant, opening this Spring in the fully refurbished site 271 Racecourse Road, Kensington. Enbarr's focus is on elevating Irish cuisine with both Irish and local ingredients, as well as delivery exceptional hospitality and service with an Irish flare. Enbarr is is about imagination, a warm welcome and the chance to experience Irish culture.

About the role:

We are seeking professional and friendly section waiters and cocktail bartenders who pride themselves on creating a warm welcome and hosting all guests to the highest standard. We believe that everyone who walks through our doors is a member of the Enbarr family and they will be treated to world class hospitality, just like home.

What You'll Do:

● Create a warm and comfortable environment for all guests

● Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests

● Serve drinks, cocktails, and food with energy and consistency

● Be responsible for and in control of your own section

● Work as part of a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations

● Keep the bar, floor, and service areas clean and organised

What we're looking for:

● Exceptionally high customer service to our patrons while coaching and developing other crew members to do the same

● At least 2 years experience in a similar role

● Great communication and customer service skills

● Positive attitude and team-player mentality

● Attention to detail

● Strong work ethic and sense of initiative

● Mixologists- Proven experience in a drastic paced, high end environment, creativity and passion for cocktail development

● Current RSA certificate

● Good food and beverage knowledge (Irish food focused)
