Web Hub Responsibilities:

Alongside customer service and sales, you will also support the store's Web Hub operations by:

  • Stock Processing
  • Receiving and processing stock efficiently and accurately
  • Unpacking and packing away stock in designated locations
  • Organising stock for easy access and inventory control
  • Pricing stock according to company guidelines

Web Orders

  • Picking and packing web orders accurately and within designated timeframes
  • Ordering and managing web consumables to prevent shortages
  • Communicating with other stores and customers to fulfil web orders effectively
