We're searching for a passionate Certificate III Educator to join us in a 35-hour-per-week part-time position. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a service from its very first day - to help establish its culture, support high-quality programs, and make a meaningful impact on children and families in a newly developing community.

About Weir Views Kindergarten

Opening in Term 1, 2026, Weir Views Kindergarten has been designed with children, families, and community at the heart of its vision.

With light-filled rooms, natural outdoor spaces, and modern facilities, the service will deliver high-quality, play-based kindergarten programs in a nurturing and culturally inclusive environment.

Joining at the beginning means you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the set-up, routines, and overall feel of the service — something few educators experience in their career.

About the Role

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
• Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
• Assist with planning, documentation, and reflective practice
• Work closely with the ECT and leadership team to uphold high-quality standards
• Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-first mindset to each day

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA recognised)
• Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
• Understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in kinder or long day care is an advantage (but not essential)
