  • Support Engineering delivery excellence: Lead planning and road-mapping for specific Engineering squads, coordinate with Engineering Enablement and Retail Foundations teams, and qualify new Business Development opportunities requiring Engineering support
  • Enable data-informed decisions: Maintain comprehensive utilisation reporting and allocation tracking while providing delivery insights that inform strategic planning and capacity management
  • Build meaningful connections: Develop strong relationships with Engineering teams and business stakeholders globally, understanding both technical capabilities and delivery requirements to ensure optimal project outcomes

  • Technical team understanding: Knowledge of engineering teams, technical capabilities, and career progression paths within technology organisations, plus understanding of agile delivery methodologies
  • Stakeholder engagement: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners globally
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
