We are looking for a reliable and skilled part-time cleaner to join our team at our site within Cremorne. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards for a Strata Building.

Details:

  • Day: Tuesday (1.50hrs), Thursday(2.50hrs) & Friday(2hrs)
  • Time: Between 6:00am – 6:00 PM
  • Pay: $29.73 per hour
  • Location: 26-32 Gerard Street Cremorne

What You'll Do:

Your primary duties will be essential to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment:

  • Wash and clean entry doors using window cleaning equipment (if glass) or surface cleaner and cloth (if hard surface).
  • Clean and polish Lifts.
  • Clean the external areas and carpark and leave it free from leaves and other wastes.
  • Clean and vacuum all the hallways floor.
  • Thoroughly mop all floors.
  • Clean all accessible windows.
  • Garbage bin Management and clean the garbage room and garbage bins.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and message the team when more are needed.

Spot clean and damp wipe all surfaces to ensure no dust build-up, dirt, marks, or stains on:

  • Laundry room
  • Ledges
  • Skirtings

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or strata cleaning role.
  • Exceptional reliability and a strong focus on detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently within a tight timeframe.
  • Availability to work on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
  • Has the right to work in Australia.
