About the role
Advanced Automotive Calibration is seeking an experienced ADAS Technician to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper calibration and maintenance of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in vehicles. As an ADAS Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating these complex safety systems to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnoses of ADAS components, including cameras, radar, and sensors
- Carry out precise calibrations of ADAS systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Interpret diagnostic data and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain detailed records of all ADAS-related work performed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ADAS technologies, tools, and repair procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in automotive technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ADAS technician or similar role
- Knowledge of ADAS components, diagnostic procedures, and calibration techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
