About the role

As an onsite technician you will play a crucial role in supporting the audio-visual systems based on our client's site. Based in our Perth, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment where your technical expertise will be highly valued.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing on-site maintenance for a range of audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
  • Testing new AV/VC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with the broader technical team to implement upgrades and enhancements
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all technical work performed
  • Assisting with project management and client communication as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the use of tools and software required for AV/VC system maintenance and configuration
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledgeable in general IT and AV
  • Australian Citizenship work rights is desirable
