The Role:
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a store leadership or key holder role, supporting and motivating a team to achieve results
  • Experience working in a back-of-house role or similar within a retail environment advantageous
  • Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
