About the Role:
As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with selections, preparing flowers for events, and ensuring our shop looks its best every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create bespoke floral designs for all occasions
- Assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants
- Manage stock, unpack deliveries, and maintain a tidy workspace
- Contribute to in-store displays
- Take orders in person, by phone.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified florist with experience in retail or studio floristry
- Minimum Certificate II in Floristry qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of floristry experience
- Creativity and a strong design sense
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times
- Must have Australian work rights
