About the Client:
Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company known for producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. They value consistency, reliability, and a commitment to learning, and provide comprehensive training to help staff build skills over time.
About the Role:
You'll work in a high-speed production environment, contributing to the packing of quality food products.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 6 AM to 2:10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and packing processes for food products..
- Rotate tasks within your assigned team every 30 minutes.
- Help with palletising, using spring-based pallet holders (minimal bending or walking required).
- Lift boxes up to 15 kg individually; heavier items require two-person lifts.
- Commit to learning the full production process over time (training takes 6–8 months).

- Consistency and reliability are the top priorities.
- Has full working rights.
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures carefully.
- Commitment to attending work regularly and contributing positively to the team.
Training & Support:
- Full training provided; no high expectations at the start.
- Staff gradually build skills and confidence to master the production process.
