Our client is a highly regarded Gold Coast accounting firm. The firm is known for its strong networks, premium SME and medical clients, and forward-thinking, cloud-based operations. With a supportive culture and a commitment to quality advisory.
They are seeking a Senior Manager – Tax & Business Services to join its leadership team. This role offers the rare opportunity to drive strategy, mentor up-and-coming leaders and work on complex group structures and advisory engagements.
As a key part of the leadership team, you will review client work across pods, support pod managers in client and team management and be a key point of contact for new and complex client matters.
You will also strengthen referral networks with legal, banking and finance contacts and lead high-level training initiatives across the firm. This position is central to the firm's ongoing growth and culture of excellence.
Successful candidate will enjoy growth-focused firm offering minimal admin, strong systems and structured onboarding to set you up for success.
