Launch and Manage a New Swim School.
This is a rare opportunity to take the next step in your career in Swimming – launch a brand-new swim school in Brisbane Northern Suburbs with the backing of Australia's leading Swim School group.
Carlile Swim has been a world leader in aquatic education for almost 80 years. Forbes Carlile was Australia's first Olympic swimming coach, wife Ursula the only woman to be the head coach of the Australian Swimming Team. Both are in the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Carlile started Australia's first commercial swim school, built the first indoor teaching pool for toddlers and pioneered teaching babies to swim.
It's people and culture set Carlile apart. Today, with the rebranding in December of Brisbane based Aquatic Achievers, and the inclusion of Perth's leading swim school Kirby Swim, the group provides more than two and a half million lessons across Australia each year.
As Carlile continues to grow, hiring the right people and supporting them with the right tools and training, is crucial to continued success.
