Job description

Basic Responsibilities:

Work as team member in multi-disciplinary and dynamic team

The focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of quality software to the business.

You'll review the business requirements, identifies tests that will drive feature development, and where appropriate writes and executes the relevant automated acceptance and regression tests.

Test script creation - delivering a re-usable set of automation scripts for future release

Test estimation, test planning and test progress reporting

Test execution - automation testing split across project team and BAU (Business As Usual) delivery

Providing objective feedback to software development project team or business support teams

Qualifications Required:

Degree in Computer Science

Languages - Java, (For automation framework development), JS - Postman/Newman test scripting

Test Automation Libraries/ Framework - Selenium, RestAssured, IOOperations, Reporting etc.

Pipelines/Code Repos - Bamboo, Bitbucket

Cloud - AWS (Arturo) - Debugging knowledge, setting up instances etc.

Performance Testing - Jmeter

API based testing - Validating in backend systems like Siebel, MDM, SAP etc

Experience in Agile tools (Jira etc), Testing methodologies, Functional Testing - Web testing and Mobile Web Testing
