Tradesperson/Handyman

Overview:
Join Fire Engineering Solutions QLD, a leading provider of fire engineering solutions across Australia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Tradesperson/Handyman to join our team. This role will involve a variety of responsibilities including workshop duties, building repairs and maintenance, as well as traveling throughout Australia to perform maintenance and compliance works on fire fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshop duties including assembly, repairs, and fabrication.
• Perform building repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Travel nationally to ensure fire fighting systems meet compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in fitting, welding, or construction highly regarded
• .Any other laboring experience will be considered advantageous
• .Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• .Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic work environment
• .Ability to travel extensively across Australia as needed
• .Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• .Forklift or other tickets highly regarded
