We are seeking a hands-on Fertigation/Irrigation Technician to support our daily farming operations. This role is vital in maintaining the health and productivity of our vegetable crops, involving diverse tasks during both growing and harvest periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and repair fertigation/irrigation systems.

• Participate in harvesting and post-harvest activities.

• Operate tractors, machinery, and equipment safely.

• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

• Perform general farm maintenance and cleaning.

• Support various farm teams as directed by the Farm Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Horticulture or farming experience (preferred).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Physical fitness for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

• Reliability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Qualifications

• Chemical Handling Certificate (desirable but not essential).

• Current, unencumbered driver's license (required).
