We're also looking for
strong leaders
to step into
Crew Leader roles
— guiding field crews while staying hands-on in the work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing live line Glove & Barrier work, including construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets
• Working across metro and regional Western and Northeastern Victoria
• Crew Leaders will coordinate daily work, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met — while actively working alongside the crew

What You'll Need

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
• Glove & Barrier qualification and proven experience
• Victorian Lineworker Registration (
  Orange Card
  )
• HR Driver's Licence
• High Risk Work Licences –
  Elevating Work Platform
  ,
  Dogging
  , and/or
  Rigging
• Construction White Card, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant industry tickets
• Strong safety focus and teamwork ethic
• Leadership experience (Crew Leader applicants)
• Crane Borer (Peru) experience
  (highly regarded)
• High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator
  (highly regarded)
