We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, trusts their independent thought and can proactively work to get things done under their own steam.

You will play a crucial role in our projects by preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the successful bidding process, review and analyse Requests for Tender, drawing specifications, assess project requirements, and collaborate to ensure smooth operation.

You will conduct site visits to assess project conditions, including travel to remote locations, as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in estimating or a similar role.
  3. Proficient in using MS Suite and various estimating software tools.
  4. Ability to review and analyse Request for Tender, drawing specifications and other documents to prepare costings.
  5. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of building and demolition processes.
  7. Possess a Construction Awareness Induction Card (White Card).
  8. Valid driver's license and own transportation.
