The Treasury Analyst will support the Group's treasury function with a focus on cash flow, forecasting, debt facility administration and investor payment processing.

Reporting into the CFO, the key responsibilities include:

  • Cash-flow & Liquidity Management
  • Debt Facility Administration
  • Covenant Monitoring & Reporting
  • Investor Payments
  • Treasury Processes and Controls
  • Bank & Stakeholder Liaison
  • Reporting and Analytics

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in a corporate or property-fund treasury role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
  • Good understanding of debt-facility management, refinancing and covenant reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing treasury systems
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
