We're a Brisbane based company located in Springwood that supports flexible working arrangements. We develop a B2B SaaS platform that provides payment and loan management solutions supporting small and large business from many industries.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Qualifications & experience

  • Tech savvy
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Ability to present to an audience and think on your feet
  • Willingness to contribute to team efforts
  • 1-2 years of customer support or technical support experience

  • JIRA & Confluence
  • Video editing & publishing
  • Article writing

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create written & video training and educational materials (User guides, how-to-guides, feature demo's etc.)
  • Create and regularly update internal documentation of our products and processes
  • Service desk - troubleshoot & escalate issues raised by users
  • Relay user feedback to the Product Team
  • Provide live demo's to prospective and existing users
  • Communicate new features and changes to users & work with marketing to distribute new feature related information
  • Contribute insight to the Product Team's planning of new features & improvements
  • Help with User Acceptance Testing
