Clinical Coordinator

We're looking for a Clinical Coordinator who can:
Manage follow-up calls, recalls, and reactivations with empathy and precision
Handle treatment enquiries and guide patients through their next steps
Keep our patient database and communication records accurate and up to date
Liaise with our marketing team and report weekly on enquiries, contacts, and treatment uptake
Support the reception team with front-of-house duties when needed
Keep systems tight, ensuring no patient falls through the cracks
What you'll bring:
· Experience in a dental, dermal, or healthcare role (preferred)
· Strong communication skills; phone, in-person, and written
· Organisational excellence and a love for ticking tasks off your list
· Confidence working with systems, databases, and reporting
