The Role

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Problem solve and diffuse any customer queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
• Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
• Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
• Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
• Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
• Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)

About You

• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Confident and clear communication skills and ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Passionate about leading your team to success
• Experience with supervising a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
• Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
