Appointment Setter

At SMAART we are now recruiting 4 Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing property finance company based in Castle Hill (Sydney's North-West). You'll be speaking with warm, prequalified leads who have already expressed interest in homebuyer lending opportunities, so no cold calling

This is a casual, ongoing role with fulltime hours. You'll be part of a small and supportive team who are passionate about helping Australians achieve their property goals.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to warm leads who've already opted in for a callback
• Building rapport, answering initial questions, and gathering required details
• Collecting necessary documentation
• Booking qualified appointments with property finance specialists
• Working as part of a fast-paced, energetic team

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Previous phone-based experience (appointment setting, sales or customer service)
• A positive, goal-driven attitude and team focus
• Understanding of property, finance or mortgage lending (advantageous but not essential)

The details

• $35.15 per hour + super (paid weekly)
• Casual, ongoing contract, with fulltime hours
• Start next week
• 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Castle Hill office - 10 min walk from M1 station (no WFH)
• Laptop and handset provided
