Warehouse Manager – Alpha Lifecare (Truganina, VIC)

Full-Time | Leadership Role | Immediate Start Available

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics, service coordination, and delivering excellence?

Alpha Lifecare is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Truganina site.

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for managing warehouse activities, coordinating deliveries, and supporting service and project execution across our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of daily deliveries to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service
  • Work closely with Service Coordinators and Project Managers to align warehouse activity with service and project timelines
  • Maintain and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures across the site
  • Manage and develop warehouse and delivery staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Monitor and improve logistics efficiency, including fleet management and cost control
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
  • Excellent coordination and time management abilities
  • Experience working with inventory systems and delivery scheduling platforms
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance standards in a warehouse environment
  • Forklift license and driver's license (required)
