We're seeking a Legal Secretary to join our team at Arnell & Cooper Lawyers' in Innisfail, Far North Queensland.

As a full-time Legal Secretary, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to lawyers, including typing, proofreading and formatting legal documents
  2. Managing lawyers' calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  3. Handling client inquiries and correspondence in a professional and responsive manner
  4. Assisting with the preparation of court documents and other legal paperwork
  5. Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing
