4 x Canteen Assistants Part-Time | School Term Only | January 2026

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and serving fresh, healthy meals
  • Prepare and manage student orders, including online orders
  • Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Support and guide volunteers and students
  • Contribute to event catering and special school functions

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience or qualifications in food service or hospitality (preferred, but not essential)
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • A current Positive Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
  • A genuine passion for food and customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

All staff need to be supportive of the values, Christian ethos and Ethical Statement of this Uniting Church day school for girls from EY-12.
