  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across our seven-day store roster

What you will be doing:

  • Providing professional, personalized service to help customers find their ideal jewellery pieces
  • Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
  • Completing in-house training to stay updated on products, sales techniques, and policies
  • Operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and housekeeping
