About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our customers, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Perform routine system backups and monitor system performance to identify and resolve any potential issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security measures
  • Participate in on-site equipment installations and integration at our customers' premises.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist users
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for occasional projects in Australia and overseas
