Good Shepherd Lutheran College is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced applicant for the position of Service Leader Outside School Hours Care.  The position is a permanent full-time position. The hours are for a minimum 30 hours a week, with extra hours during Vacation Care (up to 38 hours per week), commencing Monday 1st December 2025.

We are also seeking two days a week Admin Assistant for Little Lambs and Outside School Hours care.

Service Leader OSHC

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic educator with a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant work experience. Applicants must be committed to inclusive learning practices, highly organised, team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is crucial to be approachable and collaborative while being professional and compliance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A passion for the education and care for children in after school and vacation care, and a strong desire to work within a collaborative, environment.
  • The ability to promote a positive, nurturing, and supportive environment where all are valued and facilitate an inclusive program that is tailored to the needs of the children and community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Admin Assistant Early Childhood (Two days a week, term time).

Key responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and computer skills in all Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner and work autonomously
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
  • Experience with CCS program would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment with a smile and positive attitude.
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Both positions will require a valid Working with Children Check number, a Child Protection Certificate and a valid First-Aid qualification or be willing to obtain these.
