About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and organised Event Coordinator to join our fast-growing marketing team in the renewable energy industry. You'll be the mastermind behind our live and virtual events, from industry expos and roadshows to client appreciation nights and product launches. If you love bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences, this is your stage.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing our annual calendar of events (trade shows, roadshows, client functions).

  • Managing event budgets, vendor coordination, and on-the-day logistics.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure flawless brand representation.

  • Evaluating event success and creating detailed post-event reports.

Requirements

 Must-Have:

-
1-2 years of experience in event management or coordination
(experience in energy/tech is a bonus).

  • Stellar organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

A cool head under pressure and a proven problem-solving mindset.

  • A valid driver's license (for occasional site visits).

 Nice-to-Have:

  • Animation or motion graphics skills are a significant advantage.
