Are you ready to dive into a high-performing environment? We're seeking Harvesters & Offloaders to join our Harvest Team who operate across all of our sites in Tasmania. If you're self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want you
Responsibilities:
- Harvest: Play an integral part of our Harvest, prepare the pen for harvest including tying off ropes, seining nets and deck preparation.
- Offload Salmon: Assist with offloading salmon from our harvest vessel into the processing facility.
- Post-Offloading Cleanup: Ensure the area is clean and tidy after offloading.
- Monitor Fish Flow: Control the flow and speed of fish via computer screens.
- Maintenance: General upkeep of the vessel and offloading equipment.
About You:
We're looking for hands-on, passionate individuals with:
- Certificate III in Aquaculture.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude.
- A current driver's license.
- Physical fitness.
- A high standard of safety.
- Full-time work rights in Australia.
- Previous experience in a factory or marine setting (preferred).
