About Us
At Coastal Kids Allied Health, we're dedicated to providing caring, evidence-based support to children and their families. Our clinic offers speech pathology and occupational therapy services, including specialised feeding therapy services that help children build positive and functional relationships with food.
We're looking for an Administration Allied Health Assistant to help keep things running smoothly—behind the scenes and in the therapy room.
About the Role
This role supports our clinical team and families by helping with therapy preparation, group set-up, and admin-based tasks. It's ideal for someone who is organised, practical, and enjoys working in a child- and family-centred environment.
The role will initially be casual, with the view to move to a permanent part time position. Required days at this time will be Mondays and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation and clean-up for feeding therapy sessions (setting up food and materials, maintaining hygiene standards)

Help create, prepare and laminate therapy resources

Maintain clean and orderly therapy spaces and storerooms

Support with basic admin tasks such as filing, organising group materials, and restocking items

Collaborate with the clinical team to support group therapy logistics

Follow infection control and food safety protocols

Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive therapy environment

Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Food safety certificate (or willingness to complete training)
