Who We Are

Kendall Consulting Engineers is not your average consultancy. We're a boutique structural engineering practice with a hands-on, practical approach to delivering high-quality outcomes across high-end residential, remedial, industrial, and small commercial projects.

After more than a decade in the industry, our founder set out 18 months ago to build something different, something better. A consultancy that values freedom, flexibility, and fulfilment as much as technical excellence.

We're a tight-knit team of three:

  • A senior structural engineer (founder)
  • A talented Revit technician based in Brisbane
  • An experienced admin manager keeping operations smooth

Who We're Looking For

  • A degree-qualified structural engineer with ideally 5+ years of local experience.
  • Strong technical and design skills, with a practical, solutions-based mindset.
  • Clear and confident communicator—comfortable building strong relationships with clients, discussing fees openly, and producing clear, well-structured reports.
  • Comfortable running jobs independently from concept to construction.
  • Hands-on experience or a trade background is highly regarded.
  • Ambitious, reliable, and ready to step out of the corporate box.

We're open to candidates with slightly less technical experience if they bring strong on-site or trade knowledge and the right attitude to grow with the role.
