Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker and Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality beverages, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of fresh juices, nutritious shakes, and specialty coffee drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and shakes according to established recipes and customer specifications.
Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including iced coffees, espresso, and lattes.
Handle and serve ice cream, creating sundaes, milkshakes, and other related items.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station, including all juicing, blending, and coffee equipment.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Manage inventory and stock levels for juice, coffee, and other bar supplies.
Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of juice preparation, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
Must be reliable and punctual.
