About the role

Coastside Brick Paving pty ltd is seeking skilled and experienced Brick Pavers to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Brick Paver, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of high-quality brick paving projects across the region. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a leading provider of brick paving services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully laying and installing brick pavers to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces
  2. Ensuring accurate measurements and precise placement of bricks to achieve the desired aesthetics and structural integrity
  3. Preparing and leveling the ground before laying pavers to ensure a stable and even surface
  4. Cutting and shaping bricks as needed to fit around obstacles and edges
  5. Maintaining and operating brick paving equipment and tools safely and effectively
  6. Collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  7. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any on-site concerns or questions

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Brick Paver or similar construction role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  3. Excellent physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  4. Proficiency in the use of brick paving tools and equipment
  5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  6. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to get to job sites
