About the Opportunity...

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable features for the HR Core platform
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to resolving complex technical issues
• Apply best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern dev methodologies
• Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development workflows and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system reliability
• Share technical knowledge with peers and support onboarding of new team members
• Maintain high-quality documentation for system design and technical decisions
• Ensure strong test coverage and compliance with security and privacy standards

What we would like to see you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies such as , React, Kafka and PHP.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment across multiple languages.
• A strong foundation in core software engineering principles with an interest and ability to learn other frameworks and languages (e.g., , React).
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, MVC, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), API design, microservices, and an understanding of Domain Driven Design.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and code versioning tools like Git.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable and concurrent applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
