Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, ensuring a seamless customer journey from entry to purchase, offering personalised service and product expertise.
• Manage and develop and incredible team of professional experts.
• Curate and maintain an exclusive inventory of premium apparel and homewares and locally sourced merchandise.
• Oversee all core retail administration management such as rosters and reporting.
• Drive sales targets and KPI's through strategic planning, innovative merchandising, and tailored customer engagement initiatives.
• Uphold the boutique's upscale ambience through visual merchandising excellence and meticulous store and personal presentation standards.
