TA's, Fitters and Boilermakers

PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources is currently seeking Fitters and Boilermakers for a major outage at a Power Station in the Hunter Valley. Working with our key client you will be part of a company that cares about your personal wellbeing and safety and encourages flexibility.

About the role:

• Great EA pay rates ranging from $58.00 to $64.00 ph + allowances and penalties
• Monday to Friday 5x 10hr days plus wknd OT
• Ongoing roles available beyond the shutdown for the right candidates (for Trade Assistants)
• This is a DIDO position, no FIFO or LAHA available for this position
• Starting mid September 2025 until Dec 2025
• Power Station outage working in the Dust Plant
• General TA work assisting trades, changing dust bags, confined space and manual handling work
• Fitters will be removing and replacing various components in the plant
• Boilermakers will be patching and putting on skins to cells and completing general welding repairs
• Ongoing opportunities available after completion for the right candidates

About you:

• Must supply relevant Trade Certificates, licences and tickets
• Boilermakers must have a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication
• Fitters must have a Certificate III in Engineering - Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
• Hold a current Confined Space (level 2) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
• Great attitude, reliable and punctual to shifts
• Flexible to assist other trades where required
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Be able to undergo & pass a pre-employment medical including a D&A test
• Provide 1-2 work referees in a supervisory role
