What You'll Do

• Support strategic planning projects including structure plans, growth area frameworks, and policy development.
• Manage statutory planning processes including planning permits, rezonings, and development approvals.
• Prepare high-quality planning reports, submissions, and advice for clients, councils, and referral authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to deliver holistic project outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to community consultation processes.

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic and/or statutory planning (consulting or government) preferred.
• Strong understanding of planning legislation and systems (especially within Victoria).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for shaping better places.
