About the Role

LTC Lighting, a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions, is seeking a Junior NSW Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. Based at our Strathfield office, this full-time role involves developing client relationships and driving sales across New South Wales, with a focus on electrical wholesalers and local councils.

Our team is recognized for its industry leadership, commitment to quality products, and technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the electrical wholesale and local government sectors
  • Present LTC Lighting's full product range and tailored lighting solutions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities
  • Report directly to the National Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to capitalize on growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (lighting or electrical industry experience is preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Technical knowledge of lighting products or a willingness to learn
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
