Dance, Acrobatics and Aerials Teachers

Masterpiece Dance is a well-established, family focused studio with 340+ students and a reputation for excellence across multiple dance styles.

We are passionate about creating a positive, supportive culture where teachers can inspire students, express creativity, and continue to grow professionally.

We're seeking motivated and versatile teachers to join our team in 2026. You'll deliver high quality classes in Ballet, Jazz, Aerials and Acro, inspiring young dancers in a safe, fun and creative environment with professional facilities and equipment.

We are looking for motivated and passionate teachers to join our team

• Jazz teachers who can teach a variety of jazz styles (commercial, modern), plus high-quality technique training (Comdance and IDT syllabus).
• Aerial silk and lyra teacher 2 nights a week, plus opportunities for private coaching and solo comp choreography.
• Saturday dance teacher, minimum 2-3 hours for Ballet, Jazz and Acro for kids aged 3 and up (we use ATOD ballet syllabus).
• Acrobatics and Tumbling teacher, multiple nights per week, ages 3 to advanced. We follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus and progressions.
• Guest rotation teachers for our senior students - Jazz, lyrical, commercial contemporary (Monday nights).
• All in one role an option for the right person who can teach multiple styles and ages and would be trained as a senior teacher/studio manager.

You must:

• Have a fun and outgoing personality and love working with kids.
• Embrace our positive and family-friendly values, including age-appropriate music, choreography and costumes.
• Have a Blue card (working with children check).
• Relevant qualifications in the dance/acro/aerials field (certificates, training).

Hourly Rate: $45 - $65 per hour (negotiable based on age, experience and qualifications)
