WAVES is a boutique hair salon in the heart of Carlton, known for our modern style, relaxed atmosphere, and loyal client base. Established in 2018, we've built a reputation for premium service and a strong team culture — now we're looking for a passionate qualified hairdresser to join us as we grow.

The Role

As a WAVES stylist you'll:

  • Deliver precision cutting, colouring, and styling services
  • Build genuine client relationships with a focus on rebooking and long-term loyalty
  • Work with Wella products and high-end treatments
  • Collaborate with our small, supportive team
  • Enjoy a balanced roster of 4 days per week ~38 hours, with one Saturday off per month (Closed on Sundays)

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • A fully qualified hairdresser with salon floor experience
  • Confident in colour and cutting across all hair types
  • Passionate about client care and creating an exceptional salon experience
  • A team player who values culture, professionalism, and growth
  • Keen to keep learning and evolving
