Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Installer with 2–3 years' experience to join our installation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site assembly and installation of cabinets, joinery, and related fixtures, ensuring projects are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Install kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, and custom cabinetry according to project plans and drawings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Carry out on-site measurements, adjustments, and modifications as required.
• Ensure high-quality finishing and attention to detail during installation.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, joiners, and other team members to meet deadlines.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2–3 years' experience in cabinet installation or similar joinery roles.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry assembly, fitting, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings with accuracy.
• Competence in using power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Current driver's licence (required).
• White Card.
