We're looking for a passionate and driven Dairy & Freezer Supervisor to lead our department in delivering excellence every day. As a key leader in-store, you'll take ownership of daily operations, team coordination, stock management, and making sure our shelves are stocked and styled to impress.

• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction – friendly, helpful, and solution-focused.

• Lead and roster your team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising, pricing integrity and department presentation to Spano's standards.

• Maintain food safety and compliance at all times, ensuring stock is correctly labelled and rotated.

• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and guidance to your team in line with company policies.

• Collaborate on strategies to improve sales, stock control, and department profitability.

• Take pride in your department – from fridge to freezer, everything in its place and looking its best.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume supermarket or retail environment.

• Strong organisation, time management, and administrative skills.

• Confidence using POS systems and stock management software.

• Holds a current Food Safety Certificate.

• A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment.

• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
