We are thrilled to be recruiting for our established children's therapy clinic. We are looking for passionate and innovative Paediatric Speech Therapists to join our team.

Part-time and Full-time positions available, with early career and senior therapist roles to be filled. Apply for Immediate or 2026 commencement.

The chosen applicant/s would be joining our current team of friendly, dynamic, and inclusive Speech Pathologists.

Thrive Children's Therapy provides family-centred therapy services to children 2-18 years and their families.

Your position involves opportunities to provide assessment, treatment, and support for:

  1. Neurodivergent Individuals
  2. Articulation, phonological processing and motor speech disorders
  3. Developmental Language Disorder
  4. Literacy and learning differences

Position description includes

  • Completing Communication and Literacy Assessments for the paediatric population.
  • Program planning and intervention for children/adolescents aged
  • Conducting 1:1 and paired therapy sessions.
  • Conducting therapy via Telehealth as required.
  • Completing NDIS assessments, goal setting and planning interventions as required.
  • Playing an integral part in the individual's wider allied health team.
  • Working closely with Allied Health Assistants and Speech Pathology Students.
  • Providing parent training as indicated.

Essential Selection Criteria

  • Enthusiastic about a career with the paediatric population.
  • Passionate about advocating for neurodiversity affirming practices.
  • Willingness to learn about funding structures (Medicare and NDIS).
  • Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn about disability, learning differences, language disorders, Autism services, and child development.
  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
