Innova Property is seeking expressions of interest for client-side construction Project Manager candidates to provide services to a major institutional client, working on a technically complex $500m+ new build. The appointment will be on a contract day rate basis.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney. Day to day tasks include a broad range of responsibilities including detailed liaison with stakeholders, managing design and procurement activities, monitoring contractor performance and compliance, monitoring and managing project timelines, and developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and budgets. The role also requires close onsite supervision to ensure safety and quality standards, and key project deliverables, are being achieved to a high standard.

Candidates must demonstrate:
