We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Bus Driver who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for our members and guests. This pivotal role will ensure our patrons get to and from our Clubs safely and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working in hospitality you will understand that the role will require you to work weekends, late nights and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Transport of Patrons: Operate the courtesy bus safely and responsibly to transport club members and guests to and from the sports club and designated pick-up/drop-off locations.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers courteously, providing a welcoming and friendly experience that reflects the club's customer service standards.
  • Route Management: Follow scheduled routes and timing accurately while adapting to traffic conditions or special requests as needed in a safe and professional manner.

About you

  • You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive.
  • Previous bus driving or heavy vehicle skills are essential.
  • You'll be approachable, engaging and professional .
  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Caboolture and surrounding areas would be helpful.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Driver Accreditation – QLD Public Passenger Driver Authority.
