Administration & Customer Service Officer

Programmed has an opportunity with one of our national clients for an Administration & Customer Service Officer in the Coffs Harbour area.

About the role:

Essential Skills / Experience for this position:

  • Demonstrated administration experience and knowledge

  • A strong commitment to excellence in customer service

  • Demonstrated experience with telephone orders and customer enquiries

  • Previous data entry experience

  • An exceptional eye for detail

  • Previous Word, Excel and Outlook experience

  • Willingness to learn systems and procedures

  • Current Drivers Licence

  • Current references

  • Available to start ASAP

  • Willingness to under a pre-employment medical, alcohol and urine drug testing
