About the Role

As an employee at Sana Mediterranean, you'll be the face of our brand, bringing our values to life and creating memorable experiences for every guest. From guiding customers through our delicious menu to whipping up vibrant, made from scratch dishes, you'll make every moment at our place unforgettable.

We're a daytime venue open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and our team members play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for every person who walks through our doors, turning first time visitors into loyal SANA followers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble fresh, delicious bowls, rolls and other menu items to order
  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, preventing cross contamination
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and stocked for smooth operations
  • Assist with basic food prep, such as slicing vegetables, prepping ingredients, and restocking supplies
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work efficiently in a fast paced environment, ensuring quick service without compromising quality
  • Support the team by assisting with cleaning duties, washing dishes, and maintaining workstations
  • Provide friendly service and assist customers with any inquiries when needed

About You:

  • Well presented, reliable, and a team player
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
  • Must have valid right to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $12.36 – $33.00 per hour
